Holiday Shipping Delay (19th January - 1st February 2025)
Due to our manufacturers’ holiday season, some orders placed between 19 January and 1 February 2025 may experience delays. Orders will be shipped in the sequence they are placed, with tracking numbers provided once the order is dispatched during these dates.

What to Expect
- Notice: Orders placed a week or two before the Lunar New Year may experience slower production, so they may take a bit longer to ship out. However, most orders will ship on time.
- After the holiday season, everything will return to normal, including regular shipping times and smaller discounts.
DELIVERY AFTER THE HOLIDAY SEASON
Any orders affected by delays during this period will be shipped as soon as possible after 1st February 2025. Some manufacturers may begin operating as early as 1st and 2nd February, with the majority resuming by the 4th. We’re doing our best to process all orders efficiently, but due to the high volume of orders, please be patient as we ship them out in the order they were received.
BULKY & OVERSIZED ITEMS
Please note that larger items, such as furniture and oversized décor pieces (over 50 cm), will be prepared during the holiday period and shipped once the holiday concludes. Specific shipping times for furniture can be found on the product pages of each item to ensure accurate delivery estimates.

What is the Money Back Guarantee?

To initiate a refund request, we require proof that the goods were not delivered. Please provide tracking details or a statement from the shipping company confirming that delivery could not be completed. This helps ensure a smooth and prompt resolution. We will assist with tracking details if required.
Domestic Shipment Policy
For domestic delivery, Last Aristocrat offers free standard delivery on all orders.* Typically, Deliveries are carried out from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Once each item in your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification to your account registered email. This email will provide you with the estimated delivery date for your item. This date will depend on your location and may vary slightly from the estimated delivery time provided for small orders and vary for larger orders depending on your address.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure reasonable access for the delivery of their goods. If direct delivery to the specified address is not possible, the package may be left at a designated reception area or with a concierge, depending on the building's delivery procedures.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the postal service and proof of delivery (such as tracking confirmation or an image) is provided, our responsibility for the package ends. By placing an order, you agree to adhere to the delivery companies' rules and refer to their policies on their respective websites.
Additionally, it is crucial to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are unable to change the address once goods have been shipped. Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order and considered successfully delivered to that address

International Shipment Policy
Last Aristocrat has the same free delivery policy for its international customers, wherever they are located in the world, on the majority of items. Shipment is complimentary.
Delivery charges may apply on items defined as bulky or large as well as for express shipment. Please be aware that international delivery may also incur local taxes and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods on arrival in the country of delivery.

Please note that once the package is marked as delivered, it is considered to have fulfilled our delivery obligation.
Express Shipment
If you need your order urgently, you can request Express Shipment. Speak to our Customer Care team to check on the possibility of express delivery of your order to your area. Last Aristocrat is happy to assist you in express delivery, wherever possible. You can reach out to us through our helpline for assistance. An additional shipping charge is applied for Express Shipment which allows you to receive your order quicker than the estimated delivery time of your product.
Delivery failure
It is important that you check your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If you provide the incorrect delivery address, you agree that you will be liable for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you.

What is an estimated delivery date?
The estimated delivery date is the date set out as the expected date that your product will be delivered. For this, we make use of a calculated average of past shipping data from other customers in your area who have received items from our store to determine an estimated time of delivery to where you live. Despite that, we aren’t always accurate and there can be uncontrollable factors that cause delays – hence, we ensure to provide a maximum date of delivery alongside. We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

The maximum delivery date is calculated for every item purchased to ensure we speculate for delays beyond our control. Although it is of utmost importance to us that our valued customers receive their products stat, there are times that delays may occur which are beyond our power to control. For instance, potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems may influence expected delivery dates. Hence, the maximum delivery date states the final date that your item can be delivered by our company, over and above potential threats of delay.
How will I know if my order has been placed?
Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation to the email address registered to your account. The confirmation email will define the estimated processing time for your order. Orders may typically take up to 7 days to be processed and ready for shipment.
Once each item in your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification to your registered email account which entails all details regarding the estimated delivery date for your item, dependent upon your delivery address and the location of Last Aristocrat’s store. To view estimated dates for delivery of each item, check your ‘Order History’.
What should I do if there is an issue with the delivered product?
Once your item arrives and you feel that there is an issue with it, you are requested to immediately reach out to our support team through the ‘Order History’ pane. You are eligible to request a full refund and return within 30 days of the delivery date. For orders that have not been delivered, you can still place a refund request within 30 days past the maximum delivery date. Last Aristocrat is not responsible for fulfilling requests that do not comply with the defined timeframes.
What if part of my order is missing?
At times your entire order is not sent out as a complete order because each item purchased may arrive at our warehouse at unique times. Please check your delivery note to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please contact our Customer Care team right away.
How long does it take to process a delivery order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Another notification will be sent once your order has been shipped. Last Aristocrat offers complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
If you have received an incorrect item(s) in your order, please contact Last Aristocrat’s Customer Care team right away. We will mobilize a free collection service to pick up the item from your doorstep and if possible, our team will try to organize the correct replacement item, too. A full refund is also applicable in certain cases (refer to our refund policy).
What Should I Do If I Haven't Received My Order by the Expected Delivery Date?
In case you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery date, you are requested to wait until the period of the maximum delivery date. If your order still doesn’t even arrive, then you are requested to contact Last Aristocrat’s Customer Care team so that we can track the cause of the order delay. You are entitled to receive your entire money back, in the event that your order is not delivered by the maximum delivery date.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lastaristocrat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
